Facial Rejuvenation

Constitutional Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is a safe, painless and effective treatment for rejuvenating the face as well as the whole body.

Acupuncture that focuses on the face is not separate from that which addresses the well-being of the body. If one examines meridian flow, it can be observed that “all Yang channels pass through the head, and that the 365 connecting vessels all rise to the head”. It therefore makes sense that facial rejuvenation acupuncture does benefit the entire system.

This protocol combines treatment for your internal and external body, addressing overall health, while promoting longevity, a vibrant appearance and the increased sense of well-being associated with an acupuncture treatment.

Benefits include, but are not limited to:

 tightening pores,

 brightening eyes,

eliminating fine lines and diminishing larger wrinkles,

reducing double chin and drooping eyelids,

improving collagen production & muscle tone,

 promoting blood & lymph circulation,

 improving acne,

 helping gyn & menopausal issues,

 helping headaches,

 edema,

 puffiness,

 toothache,

 benefitting eyes, ear, brain,

 helping insomnia,

 depression,

 self-esteem,

 reducing stress,

and promoting total health and well-being.

How often should I get treatments?

A 1996 article in the International Journal of Clinical Acupuncture reported that among 300 cases treated with cosmetic facial acupuncture, 90% had marked effects with one course of treatment. Effects included: improvement in skin texture, increased elasticity, brightening of facial complexion reduction of wrinkles, smoothing of fine lines and an overall feeling of rejuvenation.

A series of 10-12 sessions is recommended for maximum benefit. Results may be seen after the 1st session, but are usually more apparent after 5-7 sessions, once or twice per week. Treatments include: Facial cleansing, Herbal Mask, Facial Acupuncture (incl. full body treatment), Moisturizer application, Facial acupressure, and Aromatherapy spring water.
